You can track your packages on Amazon.com :
1.Sign in with your Amazon account.
2.Go to Your Orders.
3.Find the order you want to track.
4.Click Track Package next to your order, and...voilà.
We're really sorry you've received something you didn't order. Please either:
1.Check you shipping details via Amazon and report shipping issues within 14 days of delivery.

For any Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase is required since we must positively identify that the product falls within the applicable warranty period, and the Amazon Order Number is the ONLY valid proof of purchase.
If the Product was a gift, we suggest you ask the giver to provide you with an Amazon Order Number. If you've tried everything and still don't have access to the Amazon Order Number, please write to our lovely support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and see if the y c an figure something out. ;)
Please note that both the 12-month Warranty and the conditional lifetime warranty are not insurance policies, and we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen products.

For purchases under one email address, all orders will be covered by this Conditional Lifetime Warranty once the email address is registered. There’s NO NEED to register again for multiple purchases.
If you registered your product but did not receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes, it is possible that any one of the following occurred:
1.The verification email was sent directly to your Spam Folder.
2.A system latency due to a high number of activations.
To resolve this issue please try the following:
1.Check your spam folder for any email that you may have received from us.
2.Re-enter your email address and re-send the verification email if it is not in your spam folder.
If the issue is not resolved after all these steps, please contact us for further assistance.
There is not a problem at all. Every item sold by Amazon Seller Anusun is covered under our 12-month warranty with or without the warranty card.
